Journey Through the Gospel Back

“Journey through the Gospel” takes the listener on a passionate and heartfelt expedition through the story of salvation found in Jesus Christ. This voyage through the Bible embarks in Genesis, where the goodness and majesty of God as our loving creator is displayed. Then the curse of sin is acknowledged, the cure through Christ announced, and the hope of eternal life conveyed though God’s powerful, living and abiding Word. The journey concludes in Revelation 21, where God will wipe away every tear and death will be forever abolished.

This narration project is underlaid with Adam's Road Piano songs and Hymn arrangements. The sinful nature of man is confessed in scriptural word, beneath Martin Luther’s haunting tune, From Depths of Woe I Cry to Thee. The agony of the cross can be pondered through the Adam’s Road Piano piece, Walk to the Cross, while listening to the spoken message of Redemption through Christ. Messianic passages from Isaiah Chapter 53 and the 22nd Psalm are expressively quoted.

Enjoy rejoicing in the triumph of the cross with the familiar Hymn, Jesus Paid It All. Other hymn melodies present in this trek through Scripture: ‘Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus, All Creatures of our God and King, Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow, and Amazing Grace. Not only did Jesus die for our sins, but He was raised from the dead in accordance with the scriptures! Praise God with us for Our Risen Lord: “oh death, where is your victory, oh death where is your sting?”

Consider the ascension of our great High Priest into Heaven, ever living to make intercession for His people. The majesty and deity of our Exalted King, Jesus Christ, is presented through passages in Colossians, Philippians, and Hebrews. The Good News is proclaimed, as articulated in sections of Romans Chapter 3, Romans Chapter 10, and Ephesians Chapter 2.

We invite you to come to Jesus, to receive and know Him as your personal Lord and Savior: to Call Upon the Lord. We invite you to Abide in Jesus and follow Him. Join us in celebrating the amazing grace of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, culminating with a call to look to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, and to long for his appearance.
